We are here to assist you and answer any questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday – Thursday*: 10:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

*During summer months, our Wednesday hours are 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

  • Cash or personal check
  • Master Card, Visa or Discover credit cards


Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for your child. We request 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your child’s appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.


We will submit all insurance claims for you. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.  We will allow the insurance company 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are personally responsible for the entire balance to be paid in full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
